As soon as you can! During our busiest months (April, October, & December), rental items book a year in advance. However, we do accommodate week-of rentals pending availability. In order to ensure you can secure your items, we recommend booking with us as soon as you have your event date (meaning you have signed a contract and paid a down payment.) You can always update your order throughout your planning process!
Yes! Delivery and set-up is not included in our prices, however, we do offer those services for an additional fee based on where your event is located.
All flatware, dishes, glasses, and serving pieces should be rinsed free of food and placed in the supplied crates or bins.

Yes! We are here to work with you as your event needs and guest count changes. Your final payment is due 21 days before your event. You can make changes to your order up until one week before your event.
As much as we would love to control the weather, we unfortunately can’t- and we know how crazy Florida Summer weather can be! We do offer tent rentals if you are having an outdoor event. We also recommend having a backup plan in place with your venue incase the skies turn sad, or you just dance in the rain! If you do have to cancel your event, we will hold a credit for you for when you reschedule!
We unfortunately do not offer refunds. Once you reserve your rentals, we allocate those items in our inventory to you and they are no longer available to others. If you do decide to cancel your event, we will hold a credit for you to use for a future date!
To reserve your rentals, you must make a 50% down payment and sign a contract. Final payment is due 21 days prior to your event.
